Resident Evil: Operation Racoon City is a Shooting game. Shooting games present a world in which the character must shoot their way out of dangerous situations. They provide the player with an array of weapons tailored to specific tasks. This unavoidably involves a combination of fisticuffs and gun based fighting that dictates the violent nature of these experiences. unsecured loans Beneath this harsh exterior though is often an intricate tactile game - and this is usually what drives the player.

EA letting the customer down again

In a move that is sure to tick off a large portion of the world's gamers, EA has decided to shut down a bunch of its game servers. Once the servers go down, users will no longer be able to play certain games online. The first of the server shut downs will take place on February 2nd, with more servers coming down on February 9th and April 6th.
The list of titles being shut down is sure to surprise many gamers, as many of them are fairly recent releases. Not only are Madden '07 and '08 getting the unsecured loans axe in the February 2nd shutdown, but in April, Madden '09 will also be shut down across all consoles. Europe, unfortunately, will also be getting a few extra shut downs that the US will not (NBA Live '09 for Wii and NASCAR '09 for PS3 and Xbox 360).
Without the ability to sign into EA's servers, it's unlikely that any sort of online gameplay will be possible (even P2P). If you're a big online sports gamer, get ready to pay for new games every bad credit loans year. It looks like this server shutdown thing could become a yearly event. It's only a matter of time till we see if this new strategy of EA's will work out in their favor, or not. Below is the list of servers that will be shut down.

BBc iplay on xbox 360 to lauch soon

Microsoft has confirmed its Xbox 360 will get BBC iPlayer next year as the firm attempts to make the device more of an all-round entertainment hub like Sony's PS3.
A major update will begin rolling out to Xbox 360 consoles around the world from tomorrow, December 6th.
But while the update will also bring the new 'Metro' interface, plus unsecured loans Kinect voice control integrated with Microsoft's Bing search engine, owners will have to wait longer for the hugely popular BBC iPlayer.
Around 40 media companies have been signed up to bring both live and on-demand movie and TV content to the console. In the UK, LoveFilm will be available through the Xbox 360 from December 6th.
Later in the month it will be joined by other on-demand services including 4OD, Demand 5, Blinkbox, Muzu.TV and Sony's Crackle. The iPlayer will be available via an Xbox Live app from early 2012.

Xbox 360 owners will be able to view a string of on-demand and streaming services from the likes of the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and film rental service Blinkbox and bad credit loans Lovefilm this Christmas.
Microsoft has done deals with 40 television and video-on-demand companies to bring a range of entertainment services to Xbox Live.
Users will be able to search much of the content via Microsoft's Bing engine, and in some cases it will be possible to use voice commands to find films and TV shows using the Kinect device.
However, it's not yet clear  if BBC programmes will be supplied via an Xbox version of iPlayer.
"Combining the world's leading TV and entertainment providers with the power of Kinect for Xbox 360 and the intelligence of Bing voice search will make TV and entertainment more personal, social and effortless," says Don Mattrick, president of interactive entertainment at Microsoft.

Halo 4

Update: It's official. As expected, at this morning's E3 keynote, unsecured loans Microsoft revealed both Halo 4 and an enhanced remake of the original Halo: Combat EvolvedHalo 4 will be the start of an all-new trilogy and will launch on the 360 at the end of next year. And unlike some of the more recent entries in the franchise, it stars none other than Master Chief.
Meanwhile, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will be launching on November 15, and will feature enhanced visuals, online co-op, and seven classic multiplayer maps.
Original story: Just hours before the keynote at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, Microsoft pushed an update to its E3 website stating that Halo 4 is "on the way." The post was bad credit loans quickly taken down, but it confirms the existence of the fifth installment (or seventh, if you count Halo Wars and Halo 3: ODST) in the Halo franchise, as well as other expected games, including Dance Central 2Kinect Star Wars, and Kinect Sports 2.
The blurb for the Halo 4 post described the news as something "millions of Halo fans have waited for." As Halo: Reach was franchise creator Bungie's last entry to the series, it's likely that Halo 4 will have been developed by Microsoft and 343 Industries. The updated site also mentioned a remastered version of Halo: Combat Evolved that will be released presumably for the tenth anniversary of the first Halo game's November 2001 launch.
This may have been a controlled leak to generate buzz for E3, as its keynote is locking horns with that of the Apple Worldwide Developer's Conference: E3's keynote begins at 12:30 pm EDT, just half an hour before the WWDC keynote. We wonder if Halo 4's announcement will accompany that of a new console, or if Microsoft will let Nintendo steal all the hardware thunder with its Wii successor.

PSN

If you’re an avid gamer, than chances are pretty good that you do own at least one of the three modern day consoles in your living room – be it a Sony PS3, a Microsoft Xbox 360 or a Nintendo Wii. For those who fall under the PS3 category, you would most probably know by now that the PlayStation Network has been down for over 20 hours already, leaving millions of gamers “in the dark” gaming-wise as they are unable to play online where their favorite games are concerned.
So far, users have gotten used to seeing error messages that state the network is “undergoing maintenance” or is “suspended”. Sony is not lost on the situation though, as they have thanked users for their patience, although did warn that the downtime could continue for another day or two. No idea on whether this is in relation to hackers group Anonymous who have been targeting the PlayStation in recent weeks, although the group did come out to say that they didn’t do it.

PlayStation Network has over 70 million users worldwide, but Sony has yet to clarify on the number of players who were affected by this outage. It seems to be a worldwide unsecured loans phenomenon though, as Twitter messages and blog posts that vented their frustrations at the situation have been posted from all over the world.
Playing your games online isn’t the only problem here, as other services which run on the network were also affected. Take for instance, film rental site LoveFilm who recently confirmed with the BBC that their customers are unable to stream films when using the Playstation service at the moment.
Some of the gamers are also unhappy that Sony did not bother to update gamers and the general community for so many hours, that it is more or less unacceptable in this day and age because of the many avenues available. Not only that, since it is Easter weekend this week, many people would want to stay at home and enjoy their favorite games – perhaps this is a blessing in disguise since they will now have to go out and enjoy the sunshine outdoors.
Not only that, high-profile titles such as Valve Software’s Portal 2, bad credit loans Warner Bros. brawler Mortal Kombat and tactical shooter and PlayStation 3 exclusive SOCOM 4 have just arrive at retail stores earlier this week, making it all the more frustrating.

Mass Effect 3, leaked before release

As was not entirely unexpected, hotly anticipated RPG sequel Mass Effect 3 has been leaked to torrent sites a week before it legally goes on sale. Will it hurt sales of BioWare’s hot franchise?
A quick search of popular torrent hangouts (no, we aren’t going to tell you – if you are that determined to rip off BioWare’s intellectual property you can Google it yourself) shows that the latest instalment in the Mass Effect series has been comprehensively leaked. The Xbox 360 version broke cover first, swiftly followed by ports for the PC and even the once uncrackable PS3.
The Xbox and PS3 versions are ready to play but BioWare and distributors Electronic Arts can take a small crumb of comfort from the fact that the PC version currently doesn’t have a crack unsecured loans available for it so will be useless to anyone bad credit loans who has snaffled it. This state of affairs is not expected to last, however. No source of the leak has been identified.
For those who are prepared to wait (and pay) MassEffect 3 goes on sale in the UK on 9 March and is said to be the biggest instalment yet in the sci-fi RPG series. BioWare says that the new episode will act as a closing chapter to Commander Shepherd’s travels through the galaxy in search of duplicitous aliens to take out with well-placed headshots. Events in the game follow on directly from the last Mass Effect 2 DLC Arrival.

Bioshock Infinite yayer!

If you’re eagerly awaiting Bioshock Infinite as much as we are, this 14-minute feature from GameTrailers doesn’t disappoint. If you’re not sure what all of the fuss is about, now you’ll get a chance to see. GameTrailers went behind the scenes with Bioshock Infinite at E3, and they’ve finally released the gameplay footage captured during their closed-door briefings.
Over the course of the video we’re introduced to your own character, Booker DeWitt, a rough, shady character with some gambling debts on a mercenary mission unsecured loans to rescue Elizabeth, a girl with extraordinary powers to bend and manipulate space around her. You’re dropped into the middle of the action, while you and Elizabeth hunt for supplies and try to make your way to Comstock House, where presumably you’ll find answers and a way out of the floating city of Columbia.
You also get the opportunity to meet Elizabeth’s guardian, the Songbird – the strong and bird-like protector that makes the Big Daddy from Bioshock and Bioshock 2 look like a pushover. You get an idea for exactly how powerful he is, and exactly how dangerous it would be to take him on directly. He also seems to have a complicated relationship with Elizabeth, which we assume we’ll learn more about when the game is released.
The video also introduces us to the Vox Populi, a resistance group that’s directly and violently opposed to the Jeffersonian administration of Columbia. As you fight through the Vox Populi and try to get Elizabeth to safety, there’s a chance to see Elizabeth’s powers in action, check out all of the weapons you’ll pick up as you travel through Columbia, and get a really great view of the game’s Skyline system.
The Skyline system is the mechanic that will help you traverse the open world in Bioshock Infinite. Using a hand-held hook of sorts, you’ll be able to ride the rollercoaster-style bad credit loans cables and lines that connect the floating islands and buildings that make up the massive city.
Explanations aside however, the video is something that has to be seen to be believed. Bioshock Infinite is scheduled for release in 2012, and will land on the PlayStation 3, XBox 360, and the PC.
